OTTAWA - Baseball Canada is thrilled to announce the launch of its Women in Coaching Program, a new initiative aimed at empowering and advancing female coaches within the sport of baseball.
This program is set to provide a platform for women to access development opportunities, peer-mentorship, virtual coaching education, and more. By creating a community of female coaches, this initiative will help break down barriers for female coaches across the country, regardless of your experience level.
“We’re excited to launch the Women in Coaching Program and aid in the growth and development of female coaches across the country,” said Baseball Canada CEO Jason Dickson. “We’re fortunate to have some experienced women who will be contributing to this program’s success and inspiring the next generation of coaches for years to come.”
Ex: The Women in Coaching Program will benefit greatly from the likes of current Vancouver Canadians Coach Ashley Stephenson along with Women’s National Team Coach Patrica Landry who will help share their extensive knowledge and expertise.
